楊過自幼流落江湖，在被大俠郭靖收留后拜入了全真門下，卻因身世之謎在全真教內(nèi)備受欺辱， 不堪折磨的他在機(jī)緣巧合下改拜小龍女為師，學(xué)習(xí)武功。適逢異族國(guó)師金輪法王率眾南下，與古 墓派棄徒李莫愁聯(lián)合，欲奪取古墓內(nèi)的武功秘籍與軍火地圖。無意卷入江湖紛爭(zhēng)的楊過與小龍女幾度同生共死，二人間的師徒之誼逐漸發(fā)展成苦戀，期間楊過胳膊被砍，摔落懸崖，遇見“良師益友”神雕。
